These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Farmspayless mobile application and website (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About Farmspayless
Farmspayless lets you shop fresh farm produce and everyday essentials from our warehouse network in Nigeria. You can browse the catalogue without an account; an account is required to place orders.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date — especially your delivery addresses and phone number.
3. Orders, pricing, and availability
- Product prices and availability are specific to the warehouse you order from and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
- An order is confirmed only after your payment is successfully processed. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout.
- In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a refund for that item.
4. Payments
- All payments are processed by Paystack. You may pay by debit/credit card or by bank transfer to a one-time virtual account generated for your order.
- Farmspayless does not accept cash on delivery, and our delivery personnel will never ask you for cash payment.
- Bank-transfer virtual accounts expire if unpaid; an order without a completed payment is automatically cancelled and no products are reserved.
5. Delivery and pickup
- At checkout you choose either home delivery to a saved address or pickup at the warehouse you ordered from.
- Delivery timelines shown in the app are estimates. Same-day delivery applies to eligible orders placed before the advertised cut-off time, subject to your location and warehouse capacity.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive a delivery. For pickups, bring your order number.
6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
- Because we sell fresh and perishable goods, orders enter processing quickly. Contact support as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
- If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us at support@farmspayless.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
- Approved refunds are returned through your original payment method.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using them for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Farmspayless name, logo, app, and website content are our property or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights under Nigerian law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
